2. Washing raw meat
We have the possibility that when we rinse something, we clean it – notwithstanding, this isn’t true in the case of meat. Washing crude poultry, hamburger, pork, sheep, or veal before cooking isn’t suggested by subject matter experts.
The justification for this is that bacteria from meat can undoubtedly spread to different items, surfaces, and utensils.
