#6 – Healthy flavors and sauces:
I used to set up my food with a lot of salt, pepper, margarine, and mayo. The flavors we utilized rather were cayenne pepper, cilantro, rosemary, mustard seed, dill and different spices, red pepper drops, new ground dark pepper, bean stew lime preparing, cumin, and a hint of ocean salt.
Other condiments included fresh pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, Greek yogurt, and an incidental spot of natural spread.
